Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Pubblica, we stand behind the quality of our service. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Pubblica within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund.

All payments for Pubblica subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is responsible for billing and refund processing on our behalf. By purchasing a Pubblica subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service in addition to our own.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You submit your refund request within 14 days of the original payment date.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
  • You have not previously received a refund for a Pubblica subscription.

The refund window is calculated from the date your subscription payment was charged, not from the date you signed up.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@pubblica.net with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include the following information in your email:

  • The email address associated with your Pubblica account.
  • The date of the payment you wish to refund.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund (optional, but appreciated).

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund through Paddle.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Paddle will send you a credit note by email as a record of the refund. If you do not receive confirmation within 10 business days, please contact us at support@pubblica.net.

5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions.

  • Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund.
  • Refund returns money for a payment already made. You must request a refund separately within the 14-day window.

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, Pubblica and Paddle do not automatically refund unused time. To receive a refund for the unused portion, please contact our support team within 14 days of the original payment date.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the original payment date.
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • A refund has already been issued for the same subscription cycle.
  • The payment was made via bank transfer (wire transfer), as Paddle does not support refunds for this payment method.

7. Free Trial

Pubblica offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial, and no charge is made until you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. Because no payment is collected during the trial period, the trial itself is not subject to this Refund Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
