How to schedule Pins on Pinterest

With a business account, you schedule a Pin in Pinterest by choosing Publish at a later date when you create it. The steps below come from Pinterest Business help. On desktop:

1. Click Create, then Create Pin.
2. Upload an image or a video. If you add several images, each becomes a separate Pin.
3. Add the Pin details.
4. Select Publish at a later date and pick the date and time.
5. Finish creating the Pin.

In the Pinterest app, tap +, then Pin, add the details and use Schedule date. You can schedule a Pin up to 30 days ahead and have up to 10 Pins scheduled at a time. Scheduled Pins appear on your profile above your published ones. You can change a scheduled Pin's date, title, board, description and link, but not its image or video.

How to schedule Pins with Pubblica

• Video Pins. One video per Pin, with a cover frame you choose or the first frame.
• A board for each account. Pick the board when you write the post, so each Pin lands where it belongs.
• A caption for Pinterest only. Use the same text everywhere or write a separate description for Pinterest.

Pinterest and your other networks

If you also share your images on Instagram, Facebook or Threads, one post in Pubblica goes to all of them: add the image once, pick a board for Pinterest, keep one caption or write one per network, and set a single time.
